Ray-Ban provide two years Rayban warranty from the date of purchase for for defects in material and workmanship. Please note that Ray Ban warranty does not cover: scratches on Ray-Ban sun lenses; Ray-Ban damages caused by accident, unauthorized modifications or repairs; etc.
1. Ray-Ban should be packed in a cardboard box and the customer contact details and address should be clearly mentioned on the box.
2. Invoice copy should be sent along with the product in the cardboard box.
3. A duly filled Product Complaint Form should be printed and sent along with the product in the cardboard box.

If warranty service is required, please pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Ray-Ban is not responsible for packages lost in transit and the cost of shipping the product(s) to the service center.
The decision of Luxottica India Eyewear Pvt. Ltd. in respect of the warranty claim shall be final and binding.
